get used to riding recumbent bikes before you take them into busy

to head into a parking lot or another wide, open area where you
can drive around aimlessly and get used to the feel. Another quick
note: like custom bikes, recumbent bikes can be a little bit pricier
than regular old bikes, but the difference in workout youll
get is well worth your extra cash.
